Product Description How to Insert & Replace Needle

Step1: Before inserting the needle, turn the white needle lock outwards to unlock it, as shown in the picture.

Step2: Insert the needle into the gun hole as far as possible, ensuring the needle slot aligns perfectly with the gun slot.

Step3: Turn the white needle lock back inwards. If you feel resistance when handling the gun, it indicates that the needle isn't inserted correctly. Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3.

How to load & remove fasteners?

Loading Fasteners: Insert the T-end of the fasteners into the T-shaped slot on the gun, following the picture. Gently push the fasteners inward until they reach their limit. The thinner end of the fasteners, known as the T-end, easily snaps into the groove.

Removing Fasteners: Pull the trigger without releasing it, then remove the fasteners.

How to use with the tagging gun?

Step1: Pass the needle through the tag.

Step2: Pass the needle through the merchandise.

Step3: Pull the trigger quickly and completely release it. The fastener should be securely attached, allowing for easy separation from the remaining fasteners. Remember to protect the sharp needle with the needle cap when not in use.

Troubleshooting:

1. If there is a jam, avoid continuous trigger pulling to prevent harm to yourself or the gun.
2. In case of a fastener jam, release the trigger, remove the needle, and carefully extract the stuck fastener from the gun or needle.
3. If a fastener is difficult to remove safely, replace the needle with a new one.
4. To prevent visible holes in some fabrics, only insert the needle in clothing seams, sewn-in labels, or similar areas.
