Drug Facts Active ingredient: - Salicylic acid 1% - Chlorhexidine Di(Acetate) 1%

Purpose: - Wart remover

Use: - For the removal of genital, plantar, common, and flat warts - Common warts are easily recognized by their rough "cauliflower-like" appearance - Plantar warts are recognized by their location on the bottom of the foot, tenderness, and interruption of the footprint pattern

Warnings: - For external use only - Keep away from fire and flame - Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes - Avoid inhaling vapors - Cap the tube tightly - Store out of direct sunlight at room temperature away from heat - Discontinue use and consult a doctor if discomfort persists or if you have diabetes or poor blood circulation - Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical help or contact Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222)

Directions: - Wash the affected area - Optionally soak the wart in warm water for 5 minutes - Thoroughly dry the area - Using the applicator (cotton swab), apply a layer of ointment to cover each wart - Allow to fully absorb and cover with a bandage as needed - Repeat once or twice daily as necessary for up to 12 weeks
